Annotated List of Research Articles

Annotated List of Articles on Individualizing and Personalizing Online Learning

Annotated List of Articles on Differentiating Who Online Learning is Best Suited For

See the instructions and example below.

The two pages linked above are where you put the ten research articles that you find about online learning and teaching. You should check the similar page from last year's class (link to last year's list of articles) to try to avoid duplication. Don't worry, there is a wealth of new and (somewhat) older research in the field, so there is still plenty out there to find.

When you find an interesting article, you should

  1. Read it carefully!
  2. Write a one or two sentence description of why it is worth reading.
  3. List it here, trying
    1. to use APA format;
    2. to put it in alphabetical order;
    3. not to use any fancy formatting, etc. Just play it straight;
    4. Add a link to the article, if possible. The link in the example below is to an abstract only, which is all that is available on the open web, although it might be available through academic libraries such as KSU's.
    5. to list the article citation, followed immediately (no new paragraph) with your annotation, followed by a link where possible, followed by your last name in parentheses, so that you get credit for it;
    6. not to mess up anyone else's contributions.
  4. Add your name to the list of contributors.
