What is a "flipped classroom" you ask? Knewton.com defines a flipped classroom as it inverts traditional teaching methods, delivering instruction online outside of class and moving "homework" into the classroom.
A flipped classroom is just flipping around the normal ways a teacher has taught for years by allowing students to view instruction via the internet; in this manner, students always have access to it. Then students take what they learned from the online instruction and bring it into the classroom to do the actual work. This then turns the instructor into more of a tutor; they're not telling the students what they should learn but rather help students apply what they learned from the online instruction during meaningful, hands-on activities that promote active learning.

I like the video you use, I think this video is a good introduction to where the people reading this aren't bored by just reading! Great page, I wouldn't change anything.
