Flipping Corporate

 

 

Flipping a corporate training classroom is basically the same as an educational classroom. Instead of the corporate trainer actually doing the training in the classroom they would do screen captures, documents, or videos showing the employees what the new software was about, how it would work in the workplace, and how to use it. 

 

The employees being trained then would come into the corporate training class being expected to practice using the new software instead of having to be lectured and trained on it first. This would save the company not only time in training but also money for the training hours.

 

A good example of this would be a company implementing the new Microsoft Office version so that employees would know what the differences are from what their use to. The video would teach about the main differences from the previous version that the company is currently using and how to do the same things within the newer version of the software.
